A full and robust online community, while offering many advantages, can also be a significant investment. We discussed the growing popularity of online communities, particularly in an environment where maintaining high-quality panel data can be challenging. In this context, we explored the various community options available, ranging from large-scale, custom quantitative panels to smaller forums, and everything in between.
